When you use SimplifyClaw, we collect:

  • Account data: Name, email address, and profile picture via Google OAuth sign-in
  • Configuration data: Your chosen AI model, messaging channel (Telegram), and API keys you provide
  • Usage data: Agent deployment logs, restart events, and gateway status
  • Payment data: Billing information processed and stored by Paddle — we do not store card details

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provision and manage your AI agent on our infrastructure
  • Authenticate your account and maintain sessions
  • Process subscription payments via Paddle
  • Send transactional emails (e.g. deploy confirmations, billing receipts)
  • Diagnose issues and improve the Service

3. API Keys

Any AI provider API keys you enter (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) are stored inside your dedicated Docker container on our cloud servers. They are used solely to authenticate requests from your agent to the AI provider. We do not share or sell your API keys.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SimplifyClaw:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Hetzner Cloud — cloud server infrastructure
  • Paddle — payment processing and subscription management
  • Google OAuth — sign-in authentication
  • Telegram — messaging channel for your agent (only if you connect it)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and agent configuration for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your agent container and associated data are deleted within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), isolated Docker containers per user, and restricted server access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@simplifyclaw.com.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
