Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with SimplifyClaw, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
To request a refund, email us at support@simplifyclaw.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Subsequent Billing Periods
Refunds are not issued for subsequent billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if we determine that the policy is being abused (e.g. repeated sign-ups to obtain multiple refunds). We reserve the right to refuse refunds for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. To cancel and request a refund (within the 7-day window), contact support.
