1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SimplifyClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SimplifyClaw provides hosted infrastructure that allows users to deploy and manage personal OpenClaw AI agents on cloud servers. The Service includes agent deployment, configuration management, a web dashboard, and Telegram channel integration.

3. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any API keys you provide.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' agents or infrastructure
  • Conduct activities that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payment & Subscription

The Service is billed at $49/month per agent. Payments are processed by Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

SimplifyClaw operates on a BYOK model — you provide your own AI provider API keys (e.g. Google, OpenAI, Anthropic). You are solely responsible for the usage, costs, and terms associated with those keys and providers.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, maintenance windows, or events outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplifyClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content remain the exclusive property of SimplifyClaw. Content generated by your AI agent belongs to you, subject to the terms of your AI provider.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
